Rev. Henderson’s Farewell

Rev. Henderson will be leaving our church the end of November. To thank him and his wife Lori for their time at Person Street UMC we will be hosting a farewell lunch on the 14th of November. The church will provide the meat but asking those who attend to bring a side of veggies or dessert.

Lunch will be served directly after service on the 14th in the Fellowship Hall.

United Methodist Women 15 November

UMW 7pm Monday, 15 November 2010.

The Person Street UMW will be holding their monthly meeting in the fellowship hall on Monday,15 November 2010 at 7pm. There will be a wonderful program followed by refreshments so please join us. If you are interested in becomming a member of the UMW this is a perfect opportunity.

Martha’s Table 20 November 2010!

Martha’s Table Open 11am-1pm Saturday, 20 November 2010!!!

The Martha’s Table Ministry will be hosting an event on 20 November 2010. We will be preparing a meal for the needy and working poor in our local community from 11Am-1Pm. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive at 10Am.

This will be a Thanksgiving meal for those in need in the community.
